5. Reasons of the Project:
Numbers of families have lost their viability and the possibilities to educate and care for their children due to poverty and unemployment occurred in Mongolian society.
Recently figures of children without control are rapidly increasing particularly, percentage of teenagers is comparatively growing. It shows not only negative influence on society and but also brings fear to Mongolian society.
Only food supply, clothing and providing them with warm places to live in are limiting the
activities of domestic and foreign care centers.
It is a clear factor to appear passive members in the society.
There are over 40 domestic and foreign centers operating in Ulaanbaatar city and 400-500 children are released from these centers with reason of legal age.
Also teenagers are remaining without job and professional orientation after finishing 8th and 10th grades consequently, this is one of the reasons to blow unemployment.
This is the most important and significant to train children and youth to life orientation, grant vocational training to them, remove homeless children and children from poor families from thought for life without fighting as well as train them to vocation for possession working ability and skills. Teenagers and youth want it. But it is unable to implement the above goals because of worth shortages.
Respective individual right forming is main factor, which plays the most significant role in
completion of healthy environment for respective individual and respective family.
These characters and individual ability appear in process of throughout person's lifetime and individual's every day activities.
Individual's particularly, young person's development says that person should respect each other, be self-confident, be independent in result, they should be aware of the possibility and ability for advantages of self-development and their disadvantages.
This creates in process of working with another people, possession new qualification and ability and participation in their local economic, socio-political development.
Therefore to establish condition to youth for wide participation in social life and increasing their activity and initiative.
It is the most important to give information on human reproduction, establishing family, main kernel of reproduction, living methods, prevention of unwanted pregnancy, STD/AIDS, how to behave and regulate intimate relationship and etc. to youth in proper ways.
Individual choice is the significant to form family, study traditional methods for child education and learn how to create strong family fundaments. Therefore individual should discover himself and determine the future tasks.

The project purposes:
1. To form individual with own creative and free thoughts who can understand his responsibilities and duties and implement them

2. To prevent from AIDS/STD

3. To give knowledge about sexual life

4. The project activities 3 students and 1 manager with experiences who had worked in this field are going to work in the project team.
Trainers will choose 1 horoo respectively and conduct training to jobless youth after finishing 8th and 10th grades, youth released from the care centers with reason of legal age as well as young families every month. The monthly report on their work result should be presented.
The preliminary training types and plans should be approved.

7. The project result:
Divorce among young families will be declined due to gained knowledge on reproduction. Positive influence is to show graduates of 8th and 10th classes to newly establish young family. It will have great significance for prevention of STD, which always has high rate indication in our country. Number of unwanted pregnancy and abandoned children will be reduced. Youth will treat with healthy mind to their future life due to gained training.
