The RCK structure complies with the uniformly accepted structure for the Rotary Clubs around the world. The RCKh held on November 2, 2001 its first election of the officers for the Rotary year of 2002. The following is the result of the elections:

iii. President-Elect: Mr.N.Batbold,

iv. Secretary: Mr.D.Tsogtbaatar,

v. Treasurer: Ms.B.Saran,

vi. Sergeant-at-Arms: Mr.O.Jandavsuren

The above officers of the RCKh and the Chairpersons of the 5 Committees, organized along the line with the five avenues of the service of the Rotary International, constitute the Board of Directors. The following are the Chairpersons of the Committees:
